DVD Grading System
M (MINT) – New CD has no scratches.
NM (Near Mint) and Excellent (EX) – CD has no scratches barely played. EX may have a light fingerprint or mark that can be removed
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – CD has some small minor scratches but not affecting play.
VG (Very Good) – CD has a bit more scratches than VG+ but also not affecting play.
Akeelah must overcome a distracting home life to compete in the national spelling bee which in turn helps unite her South Los Angeles neighborhood to rally behind her.
